season 1 episode 3 "betrayal"

 Nolan: You scare me.

Emily: Good.

Daniel: Look on the bright side, you can party all summer and I'll be your designated driver.

Victoria: The only thing we know for sure is that you're a bad judge of women.

Victoria: Trust is the one thing I can not afford.

Conrad: I gather that's not your niece.

Nolan: Violence is only one way to take someone down.

Emily: I'm a big believer in finishing what you start.

season 1 episode 5 "Guilt"

Charlotte: See those pedals? One is a brake, one is a gear. Same as a dump truck.

Nolan: How did you get over to Lydia's house, Shamu?
 

Lydia: I came to apologize.
Victoria: For sleeping with my husband or for blackmailing us. I'm just not quite sure which apology I should be aiming my forgiveness at.

Charlotte: You wish I'd never been born. Do me a favor and pretend I wasn't.

Victoria: I had my hands full. Perhaps you can tell me where your hands have been?

Nolan: The guy was feeding him shots like a frat boy to a freshman.

Victoria: You staggered home like a drunken sailor. 

season 1 episode 7 "Charade"

 Ed: We also do panic rooms.

Emily: I don't panic.

Conrad: I really never have loved any woman the way I've loved you.
Victoria: Just my luck.

Conrad: I thought you didn't believe in luck.
Victoria: I don't believe in good luck.

Emily: Never underestimate your enemy.

Tyler: How was your swim?
Daniel: Rough. This one's part dolphin.

season 1 episode 9 "Suspicion"

 Nolan: Victoria Grayson at The Stowaway. What did you put in my drink?

Amanda: If Emily wants me gone, she might have to consider the ripple effect.

Jack: You told me never to take dating advice from you.

Nolan: That was last week.

Conrad: If I end up getting framed for this, I'll see to it that everything you cherish so dearly is ripped from those greedy little claws of yours.
 

Tyler: Ambition versus nepotism. Game on.
 

Ashley: I swear these people are barking mad.

Ashley: I have to run errands for little Mary suicide.

season 1 episode 11 "Duress"

Victoria: I see a pretty girl with cheap shoes and limited social graces.

Tyler: It does appear that you despicable people are starting to rub off on me.

Conrad: Marrying me was the best thing that ever happened to that woman.

Nolan: Blackmail. It isn't just for breakfast anymore.

Nolan: A little advice, leave the joke cracking to me. You suck at it.

Emily: I googled friendship on the interwebs. Apparently when you have a fight with a friend you're suppose to apologize

Victoria: Please call Emily and see if you can lend her your severely overqualified hand.

Emily: When duress is applied to the emotionally unstable the result can be as violent as it is unpredictable. 

Season 1 episode 13 "commitment"

 Nolan: I may have Jack's blood all over my jacket but you have it all over your hands.

Ashley: I'm going to go to the loo and drown myself in it.

Ashley: All I've got to show for my summer with the Graysons is a gun wielding, psychotic boyfriend who made out with you.

Nolan: Hey, chatty Cathy. Zip it

Conrad: You're going to be back to Victoria Harper. Which will only be fitting considering you'll once again be the desperate, penniless little bitch you were when I first met you.

Emily: It isn't really our choices that distinguish who we are. It's our commitment to them.

Season 1 episode 15 "chaos"

Emily: The outcome of chaos can never be predicted. The only certainty it brings is the devastation it leaves in its wake.

Nolan: Sail away. Fall in love. Go make little volunteer babies.

Tyler: How do I look?
Amanda: Under medicated.

Jack: I should have left months ago but you know, life gets in the way.

Declan: It's been a weird summer and you're nursing a heartache and some broken ribs.

Victoria: One day you may or may not become Daniel's wife but I will always be his mother.

Daniel: Just promise me one more time. No secrets of any kind, ever.

Tyler: Emily's not your friend, Amanda. She's your competition.

Conrad: We're fiddling while Rome burns, are we?

Emily: The best way to fight chaos is with chaos. 

season 1 episode 17 "Doubt"

Conrad: You've clearly become as delusional as you are selfish.

Victoria: You may have just sent your brother to jail for life.

Charlotte: You're just another puppet in the Grayson family play and it's time for your exit.

Nolan: Worst case you've been wasting your time with a career grifter and possible murderer? Just saying.

Conrad: That girl might be Grayson material yet.

Emily: I'm sure another trial of the decade could lure him out of hiding.

Nolan: I wonder what kind of box he'll make you in wood shop.

Emily: What do you want?
Nolan: World peace but let's start small.

Emily: Doubt is a disease. It infects the mind.

Season 1 episode 19 "absolution"

Emily: The best among us will learn from the mistakes of the past, while the rest of us are doomed to repeat them.

Charlotte: I guess we can add teen pill popper to the Grayson book of shame.

Conrad: You've been a pawn in our decrepit marriage far too long.

Daniel: My parents raised me to be a Grayson. To put my name above everything including the truth.

Daniel: So much for your stand up image. Were you just going to let them fry me?

Nolan: This is bigger to me than your revenge against the Graysons. This is my...
Emily: ...family.

Victoria: The Hamptons are filthy with ambitious young girls like yourself.

Daniel: The press were practically handing out pitchforks at the gate.

Nolan: Declan is barely a blip on the Grayson's radar right now.
Emily: Absolution is the most powerful form of forgiveness.

Season 1 episode 21 "Greif"

Charlotte: Mom, what have you done now?
Victoria: Nothing I wouldn't do again.

Emily: There might be a place for kindness and fairness but this is definitely not one of them.

Ashley: Please don't say you're sorry. You so clearly are not.
 

Nolan: This is getting kinkier and creepier by the moment.

Victoria: Lydia, ever the opportunist, I see.

Conrad: You look like a demonic succubus.

Jack: You think I don't see right through this?
Daniel: See through what Porter? It's a check not a shoe bomb.

Emily: I will never forget. I will never forgive.

Emily: For most the final stage of grief is acceptance but for me, grief is a life sentence without clemency.

season 1 episode 2 "trust"

 Lydia: Thanks for picking me up on the street corner like a prostitute.

David: The worst betrayals come from those we trust the most.

Nolan: What I want is someone to hang out with this summer, like Gilligan and Skipper. But this little buddy can get you on some killer guests lists.

Frank: Why are you so interested in this girl anyway?
Victoria: Because she's interested in my son.

Emily: It's hard to know who to trust when it comes to money.

Conrad: I stopped playing games with you when I fired you 18 years ago.

Charlotte: I'm sick of the same. I want different.

season 1 episode 4 "Duplicity"

Emily: Most of the memories I have from childhood are happy ones. Warm summer days filled with love and light, and the certainty that even the darkest storm would eventually pass. And for a while at least, they always did.

Emily: The greatest weapon anyone can use against us is our own mind. By preying on the doubts and uncertainties that already lurk there. Are we true to to ourselves? Or do we live for the expectations of others? And if we are open and honest, can we ever truly be loved? Can we find the courage to release our deepest secrets, or in the end are we all unknowable... even to ourselves.

Emily: The greatest weapon anyone can use against us is our own mind.

Nolan: Come on down. Testosterone's on the house.

Nolan: What are frick and frack doing here?
Jack: Getting loaded.
Nolan: And laid by the look of it.

Victoria: Sometimes I wonder if having a second child was a mistake.

Nolan: I smell the distinct aroma of retribution in the air.
 

Charlotte: Mommyzilla.

Emily: Family can be overrated.
Tyler: I'm pretty sure the ball was out.
Emily: I'm pretty sure you're lying.

Charlotte: My friends are important to me. Maybe if you were nicer to yours you'd still have some. 

season 1 episode 6 "intrigue"

 Emily: Like life revenge can be a messy business, and both would be so much simpler. If only our heads could figure out which way our hearts will go. But the heart has its reasons of which reason cannot know.

Ashley: I don't know what's going on with you lately but you're becoming a real grade A bitch.

Nolan: It happened because your inner gladiator's finally waking up.

Emily: Frank dug his own grave. All we need is Conrad and Victoria to bury him in it.

Nolan: The thud you hear is the sound of Lydia hitting the roof of the taxi five stories down.

Emily: They say vengeance taken will tear the heart and torment the conscience. 

season 1 episode 8 "treachery"

Emily: This wasn't part of the plan.
Nolan: Neither was aiding and abetting your evil twin.

Victoria: What part of get out are you having trouble with?

Victoria: Looks like your not the only one flaunting last night's dress.

Daniel: Oh the walk of shame.
Ashley: More like a bloody knuckle crawl.

Conrad: Good thing I was here when she woke up.
Victoria: Oh, it's a miracle.

Nolan: She's just delivering her dose of daily hell a little earlier than usual. 

season 1 episode 10 "Loyalty"

Emily Thorne: My father once wrote, always question where your loyalty lies. The people you trust will expect it, your greatest enemies will desire it and those you treasure the most will without fail, abuse it.

Emily: True loyalty takes years to build and only seconds to destroy.

Conrad: Envy can be a powerful motivator.
 

Amanda: Memory lane isn't exactly a road I like to go down.

Ashley: You kiss a billionaire once you make 200 grand. I've been kissing Victoria's ass all summer and I'm lucky she lets me call her by her first name.

season 1 episode 12 "Infamy"

 Nolan: You know I haven't been this disappointed since Phantom Menace.

Jack: So how was your visit to the land of entitled teenagers?
 

Conrad: My son is easily distracted. It's a family trait.

Mason: Trust me, one doesn't easily forget a deal he's made with the devil.

Daniel: I share a last name with the CEO. You'd think I'd have less to prove, not more.
 

Emily: Infamy can be a sentence more damning than any prison term. 

season 1 episode 14 "Perception"

Conrad: As soon as you think she's going to let you fly, she clips your wings and puts you back in your cage.

Emily: It could be nothing or it could be Pandora's box.
 

Grandpa: As one marriage begins I understand that another one's coming to an end.

Nolan: Fire and Ice. Subtle. Was fire and brimstone not available?

Victoria: It's just an engagement. Anything can happen.

Emily: As of late I find my perception is blinded by only one thing. Revenge.

 Season 1 episode 16 "Scandal"

 Emily: Adversity creates unexpected alliances.

Nolan: It's a little late to put that genie back in the infinity box.

Emily: Do I really need to kick your ass again? How did he recruit you?

Nolan: You ever notice how whenever you want girlfriend to leave she keeps popping up like the homicidal stripper version of whack-a-mole but whenever you need to find her she vanishes?

Nolan: Welcome to the cone of silence

Declan: Come on, Charlotte. You're suppose to be the smart one here.

Conrad: Life as we know it, Victoria, is over.

Season 1 episode 18 "Justice"

Emily: Justice, like beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Victoria: You're going to catch your death.
Daniel: That seems inevitable.

Jack: I don't know if she's screwing with me or she's in serious trouble.
  

Nolan: You bugged the Queen's castle?

Nolan: Sorry to interrupt your regularly scheduled plotting.

Nolan: When has anything Amanda's ever done made sense?

Emily: When the system fails us, we must go out and seek our own justice. 

Season 1 episode 20 "Legacy"

 Victoria: For a man with a penchant for writing letters, you would think that Roger would have left a suicide note.

Conrad: It's perverse, don't you think? Destroy the man you love then weep for him eternally?

Frank: I wouldn't say an anonymous threat was a sign of towering strength.

Emily: Don't you have any friends or family of your own to harass over the holidays?

Lydia: What are you coveting, Sweetie? Is it the Dolce or what's underneath it?

Emily: Destruction is in my DNA. Take it up with Darwin.

Nolan: The guy you just toilet capped at the club, could press charges.

Season 1 episode 22 "Reckoning"

Victoria: I knew that your future with Daniel was as empty as that box.

Nolan: Do not do anything revengy until I get there. Got it?"

Daniel: You'd think a million dollars would trump anyone's sense of self righteousness.

Emily: If I don't make it out of this, tell Jack that I love him.

Nolan: I'm not worthy.

Emily: I'd tell you how much time you had left but you stole my watch.

Nolan: If you came here to rescue me you might want a do over.

Emily: You murdered my father. You and I have unfinished business.

Conrad: Thanks to a lethal combination of your vitriol and your incompetence, the evidence you stole from me is now in the hands of our most powerful adversary.

Emily: In every life there comes a day of reckoning.
